Two decades inside a Fortune 100 company. A philosophy professor who changed everything. And a framework built on the belief that lasting transformation starts with people.
I learned leadership the hard way and it made me stronger.
In my early 20s, my life was a mess. Toxic relationships. Failing out of college. Feeling unseen and stuck in a story I hadn't chosen. One afternoon, a dean looked at my transcript, looked at me, and asked a single question:
“What happened to you?”
It cracked something open. A philosophy professor finished the job by handing me a worn copy of Epictetus. Focus only on what you can control.
That one idea became an anchor. I rebuilt from there, finished my degree while working full time, found my footing, and eventually built a career I never could have imagined from where I started.

It started in the wreckage.
I spent more than 20 years inside a Fortune 100 company, growing from communications roles to executive leadership and ultimately leading enterprise strategy, transformation, and complex operations.
And somewhere along the way, another belief took hold:
Lasting transformation starts with people.
I saw it again and again. Strategy matters. Technology matters. Process matters. But lasting results depend on the people leading the change, the choices they see, and what they do with them.
Those lessons became the foundation for The LEAD Framework™ and the work I do today, helping leaders see more choices in how they think, decide, relate, and lead.
